Data Analyst

Job Responsibilities

Job Summary: Drive data-driven decisions across commercial, operational, and financial domains by discovering insights, validating hypotheses, and building scalable AI/ML solutions. You will lead experiments, develop advanced models, and communicate results effectively to stakeholders. To succeed, you must be a problem solver, a strong communicator, and an analytical thinker who challenges boundaries.

• Collaborate with business teams to frame problems, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend scalable AI/ML solutions or design experiments/AB tests.
• Translate complex findings into clear narratives, compelling visuals, and executive-ready summaries for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build and validate AI/ML solutions in one or more specialized areas, such as forecasting, route optimization, computer vision, anomaly detection, and NLP (including emerging agentic AI approaches).
• Develop and deploy ML services and APIs on Azure/Databricks, implementing CI/CD, model versioning, and lineage tracking with MLflow, including performance and data drift monitoring.
• Partner with application development teams to operationalize and integrate AI/ML solutions into production systems.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Applied Math, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience; exposure to Agentic AI is a plus.
• Hands on experience with Databricks, Spark, MLflow, Python (Pytorch, Tensorflow); proven ability to build production-grade ML APIs/services.
• Demonstrated success in deploying ML/AI use cases at scale.
• Experience working in cloud environment such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and storytelling.
