We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team in PIL Logistics, Malaysia based in Johor Bahru. This role will perform general warehouse duties including but not limited to inbound, outbound, materials handling and any other tasks as assigned by immediate superior to support the daily day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
Ensure all received goods are properly stored in the warehouse.
Picking and packing outgoing orders according to customers’ requirements.
Load and unload trucks/ containers efficiently, securing goods for transportation. · Periodic inventory cycle counting.
Ensure accurate recording on the paperwork and documentation for incoming shipments, outgoing orders, cycle count documents and any inventory transactions. · Operating warehouse equipment based on operation needs, such as RF scanner, forklifts, pallet jacks, reach truck, or VNA (Very narrow aisle trucks).
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Perform any other tasks (job-related) assigned by immediate superior.

MUST HAVE:

Secondary School education.
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in similar functions / positions.
Valid forklift license is preferred.

Experience operating RF scanners and basic warehouse systems.
Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, or other warehouse equipment is an added advantage.
Good communication skills to work effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in receiving, storing, picking, and recording inventory.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse environment.
A team-oriented mindset with strong self-discipline and accountability.
Good time management skills and the ability to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
