This role reports directly to Head, QSSE of PIL Group, and oversees the audit programme of the entire fleet, collation & analysis of fleet safety/security/environmental/WSH data, and collaboration with various institutions on training projects. This role supports Head, QSSE and the QSSE Managers in safety/security/environmental/WSH initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently coordinate and planning of ISM, ISPS, MLC, ISO 14001 and WSH external audits of the fleet with the QSSE managers and masters.
• Follow up on the billing and account matters.
• Collation & analysis of fleet safety/security/environmental/WSH data.
• Coordination in safety/security/environmental/WSH initiatives.
• Coordination with external stakeholders to support PIL’s safety, security, environmental and WSH agenda.
• Management of internal communication (e.g. intranet).
  
  

MUST HAVE:

• Familiarized with MS office tools.
• Maritime knowledge and understand of ISM/ISO standards.
• Good understanding of data analytic tools.
