Driving sales through remote interactions, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets via phone, email, and digital platforms.

This role focuses on inbound/outbound inquiries, lead conversion, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance revenue growth. Handling 80% of our customers that drive 20% of our volume.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement

• Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct outbound calls to prospects. 
• Build lasting relationships through personalized communication. 
  
  

Sales Execution

• Quotation, Negotiate rates with internal and external stakeholders, close sales
• Follow up on leads, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and track progress in CRM.
  

Performance

• Meeting weekly / monthly target
  
  

Market Awareness

• Stay updated on PIL products and industry trends and competitor activities. 
  
  

MUST HAVE:

• Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant working experience or Degree with 1 years of relevant working experience.
• Possess excellent communication skills
