This person supports the development and implementation of digital initiatives across corporate functions and operational processes. As part of the Digital Innovation team, you will work closely with users, analysts, and developers to explore automation opportunities, prototype solutions, and contribute to meaningful transformation projects within a leading container shipping line. This role is ideal for someone early in their digital transformation journey, eager to apply technical and analytical skills to real-world business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Development & Support:
- Assist in designing and building digital tools such as automated workflows, dashboards, or forms using low-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, or UiPath).
- Perform basic coding, scripting, or configuration tasks based on specifications.
- Support UAT activities, capture user feedback, and perform solution updates under supervision.
Business Analysis & Documentation:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from users through interviews or workshops.
- Map current processes and help identify gaps, pain points, or automation opportunities.
- Maintain documentation such as user guides, process flows, and FAQs for deployed solutions.
Data Handling & Reporting:
- Collect, organize, and clean data from various sources for analysis or dashboard development.
- Support basic visualizations and metrics tracking in Excel, Power BI, or other tools.
Collaboration & Project Support:
- Coordinate meeting logistics, note key discussion points, and follow up on assigned tasks during project rollouts.
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to understand process contexts and usage needs.
- Provide first-line support to users post-implementation and escalate issues when required.
MUST HAVE:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in technology, Business Management with specialization in Digital Transformation, Strategy, Innovation or Operations Management or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: RPA, low-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps), data analytics, or process improvement tools.
- Strong interest in technology trends (AI, automation, analytics, cloud, etc.) and their business applications.
- Familiarity with the container shipping industry is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital transformation, business analysis, or technology implementation.
- Able to work independently with guidance and collaborate across functions
