We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive - Import (Myanmar) to join our dynamic team at PIL. This role requires a proactive and customer-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the shipping industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, including proposals, quotations, vessel schedules, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Logistics, Booking & Customer Service, and Finance) to expedite customer requirements and resolve service-related issues.
- Gather market intelligence and conduct competitor analysis to support sales strategies and decision-making.
- Prepare statistical data for marketing reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly, escalating issues as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through phone calls, marketing visits, and client engagements.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in container shipping.
MUST HAVE:
- Diploma in Business, Management or any related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Shipping field.
- Good English communication and customer service skills.
