We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive - Import (Myanmar) to join our dynamic team at PIL. This role requires a proactive and customer-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the shipping industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, including proposals, quotations, vessel schedules, and presentations.
Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Logistics, Booking & Customer Service, and Finance) to expedite customer requirements and resolve service-related issues.
Gather market intelligence and conduct competitor analysis to support sales strategies and decision-making.
Prepare statistical data for marketing reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly, escalating issues as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through phone calls, marketing visits, and client engagements.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in container shipping.

MUST HAVE:

Diploma in Business, Management or any related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Shipping field.
Good English communication and customer service skills.
