We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Deputy HR Manager to join our dynamic team in the LATAM region Santiago, Chile. As the Regional Deputy HR Manager for our LATAM region, you will support the Regional HR Manager in the execution of HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with regional goals and global standards. This role is ideal for an HR professional looking to develop their skills within a dynamic, global company environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist in managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all steps are completed in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Recruitment Support: Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, initial candidate screenings, and interview scheduling. Work closely with the Regional HR Manager to meet staffing needs.
- Employee Relations: Support positive workplace relationships by providing assistance with employee queries and fostering an inclusive environment.
- HR Administration: Maintain HR records, manage employee files, and update internal databases with employee information (e.g., new hires, terminations, leave balances).
- Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Assist in payroll preparation by providing necessary employee information, supporting the compensation and benefits process.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting HR practices.
- Training & Development Support: Coordinate logistics for training sessions and assist with tracking employee development plans.
- HR Reporting: Prepare basic HR reports and assist with data collection for regional HR metrics and analytics.
MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a regional or multi-country setting.
- Familiarity with HR practices and labor regulations in LATAM.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
