The Process Solution Leads are domain experts and change enablers responsible for driving the end-to-end transformation of specific workstreams across the SAiLORS program. Positioned at the intersection of business operations and function design, the role requires deep operational knowledge, stakeholder empathy, and a passion for problem solving and innovation. Process Solution Leads represent key functional areas across the liner shipping ecosystem — including Trade, Commercial, Documentation & Compliance, Terminal Operations, Equipment Management, Agency Functions, and Operational Cost Management. They will lead the redesign and enhancement of critical business processes, working closely with business users, global process owners, and solution delivery teams to ensure the resulting system is efficient, integrated, and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the transformation of assigned value streams by defining enhanced, efficient, and scalable business processes across modules.
- Represent the needs of the business by deeply understanding functional challenges, exceptions, and improvement opportunities in their domain.
- Partner with the global business process owners and managers to validate design and ensure cross-regional, cross-functional alignment.
- Collaborate with the functional design team to translate process ideas into functional requirements, user stories, and system configurations.
- Lead working sessions and engage directly with global and local users, capturing real-world scenarios, validating prototypes, and managing feedback.
- Ensure processes are aligned with enterprise transformation objectives and support knowledge retention, compliance, and continuity.
- Contribute to documentation, testing, training, and rollout planning from a business-led perspective.
- Serve as a trusted change agent within their domain, promoting innovation and adoption of enhanced processes and tools.
MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of operational experience in the liner shipping or container logistics industry, with functional expertise in one or more of the following domains: Trade & Network Planning (including alliances and commercial strategy); Commercial & Documentation (including regulatory compliance); Terminal Operations & Procurement; Equipment Management (assets, repositioning, M&R); Agency Operations & Local Port Processes; and Operations Cost Management
- Experience in business transformation, ERP/system implementation, or process reengineering preferred
