Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to contribute to all aspects of fleet management, ensuring smooth and efficient processes, optimal performance, and strict adherence to regulations and compliance standards. Drive continuous improvement in fleet processes, identifying and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

 

  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of business processes across the fleet to drive operational efficiency, enhance performance, and reduce costs.
  • Develop Fleet's strategy, policies and procedures to ensure long-term operational excellence.
  • Division’s primary contact and coordinator for cross-divisional initiatives such as Integrated Assurance Framework, Efficiency Program and Data Transformation.
  • Track and analyze Fleet-related key performance indicators and statistics to identify trends and support strategic decision-making in areas like budget, crewing, technical, and energy efficiency.
  • Conduct fleet benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and identify best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate budgetary matters, including budget preparation, budget control, and justification for budget requests.
  • Participate in sustainability projects to support the organization’s drive towards decarbonization.
  • Monitor the developments of IMO regulations and relevant industry associations (e.g. WSC), sharing regulatory updates with key stakeholders and ensuring compliance.
  • Produce performance reports for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Manage diverse stakeholders across departments to drive change and continuous improvement. 

 

MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in maritime operations, logistics, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ship management or a related field.
  • Good understanding of ship management and maritime regulations.
  • Proficient in analyzing and presenting data/information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to implement process improvements and manage performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
