We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Executive to join our dynamic team at PIL. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations and ensuring smooth coordination between various stakeholders.
 
 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Coordinate shipping schedules and cargo movement with customers, carriers, and customs authorities.
•    Monitor and manage the end-to-end operational process, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
•    Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, manifests, and customs declarations.
•    Resolve operational issues, including delays, discrepancies, and damaged goods, in a timely manner.
•    Conduct performance evaluations of operative partners and service providers.
•    Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and operational activities.
•    Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operational processes and enhance efficiency and cost. 
•    Attend multiple tasks assigned by management from company

MUST HAVE:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
•    Experience in customer service within the shipping or logistics industry.
•    Knowledge of import/export processes and documentation is essential.
•    Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
