We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Executive to join our dynamic team at PIL. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations and ensuring smooth coordination between various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate shipping schedules and cargo movement with customers, carriers, and customs authorities.
Monitor and manage the end-to-end operational process, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, manifests, and customs declarations.
Resolve operational issues, including delays, discrepancies, and damaged goods, in a timely manner.
Conduct performance evaluations of operative partners and service providers.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and operational activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operational processes and enhance efficiency.

MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Previous experience in shipping or logistics operations is preferred.
Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and practices.
Proficiency in logistics management software.
Previous experience in shipping or port operations is preferred.
