We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations & Logistics Executive to join our dynamic team at PIL in Jakarta, Indonesia. This position is responsible for container stock planning, vessel space allocation, terminal coordination, and operational monitoring to support efficient logistics and equipment operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily container stock reporting and projections
2. Monitor vessel schedules, terminal productivity, and operational performance
3. Coordinate container repo movement and depot activities
4. Optimize container availability and vessel space allocation
5. Handle invoicing and billing coordination related to terminal and logistics expenses
6. Liaise with terminals, depots, and internal operational teams
7. Support operational compliance and reporting activities

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Management, or related discipline
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, equipment control, shipping operations, or related field
3. Strong understanding of container stock planning and depot operations
4. Good analytical thinking and operational problem-solving skills
5. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
7. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
8. IMDG certification is an advantage
