Get On Board for a Dynamic and Purposeful Career

The Cash Application Coordinator will own and coordinate the Finance Operations processes that permanently remain under the local Front Office after FAM Portal stabilization, ensuring operational control, coordination with WNS and compliance with local procedures with the local team in DF, Mexico.

 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Own local Front Office finance activities that remain after FAM Portal go-live.
  • Validate payment information where local business judgment or statutory requirements remain necessary.
  • Coordinate daily with WNS to resolve cash application exceptions.
  • Monitor unapplied receipts, payment discrepancies and operational KPIs.
  • Maintain local operational controls, audit evidence and SOP compliance.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Documentation and Operations on finance exceptions.
  • Support continuous process improvements and control effectiveness.
  • Act as local process owner for activities not transferred to FAM Portal.

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
  • 2–4 years in Finance Operations / AR / Cash Application.
  • Experience coordinating with SSC/WNS environments preferred.
  • Good Excel and ERP knowledge.
  • Ideal, English basic/ intermediate.
