We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Logistics Executive to join our dynamic team at PIL in Santiago, Chile. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of logistics activities to support the company’s operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including shipping, warehousing, and delivery.
Liaise with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely cargo movement.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
Prepare and process logistics-related documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Track shipments and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Assist in resolving logistics issues and improving operational efficiency.

MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience in logistics or supply chain operations is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite.
