We are seeking a Finance Intern to join our Regional Office Finance team in Santiago, Chile.

This internship is designed for students in their final years who want to develop practical finance and accounting skills, while gaining exposure to regional financial operations across Latin America and reporting to Head Office.

You will support core finance activities including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow tracking, and financial reporting, working closely with local teams, regional stakeholders, and shared service teams.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support regional finance activities across multiple LATAM countries
  • Assist in tracking accounts receivable and accounts payable balances
  • Support cash flow monitoring and basic reconciliations
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting preparation
  • Help ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across reports
  • Support communication and follow-up with internal teams and Shared Service Center
  • Assist in identifying data discrepancies and supporting resolution
  • Maintain organized, structured, and auditable financial documentation
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager or local management

 

MUST HAVE

  • Student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field (final years preferred)
  • Intermediate English level (ability to read and respond to emails and basic financial information)
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (AP, AR, reconciliations)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, basic data analysis)
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
