The Knowledge and Change Management Lead will play a mission-critical role in the success of Project SAiLORS, a strategic transformation of PIL’s core business operational system. This role is responsible for designing and executing the knowledge and change strategy that ensures effective adoption, business continuity, and long-term organizational readiness. As the bridge between people, processes, and technology, the Lead will drive stakeholder engagement, institutionalize knowledge retention, and foster a culture of adaptability and learning. The individual will also define and manage success metrics that track the effectiveness of change initiatives, training efforts, and system adoption across the enterprise. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strategic thinking, operational discipline, and strong cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an integrated Knowledge & Change Management Strategy aligned to the project framework.
  • Define the project’s success metrics across change adoption, knowledge transfer, and business readiness; establish baselines, set targets, and report progress to leadership.
  • Build and manage a centralized knowledge repository for system design, process documentation, training materials, decisions, and FAQs. · Lead stakeholder impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and engagement planning.
  • Create and implement scalable training and onboarding frameworks, including manuals, quick reference guides, and video tutorials.
  • Establish and govern knowledge continuity processes to mitigate risks from undocumented changes or personnel turnover.
  • Drive strategic communications planning, ensuring clarity of messages across all transformation passages.
  • Facilitate lessons learned sessions and post-passage retrospectives to capture reusable knowledge. 

 

MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree required (Communications, Business, IT, Organizational Development or related fields)
  • Preferred: Master’s degree or formal training in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR), Knowledge Management, or Organizational Behaviour
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in large-scale transformation programs, ERP implementations, or enterprise change initiatives
  • Experience in shipping, logistics, or operations-intensive industries is a strong advantage
