Job Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution and management of projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and advocate project management standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Ensure efficient execution of projects by monitoring and controlling project progress.
  • Track and forecast key project metrics, including Key Performance Indicators related to programs, portfolios, resources, and risks.
  • Ensuring the efficient and effective use of financial resources throughout a project's lifecycle
  • Track and guide run-the-business OPEX and software subscription cost
  • Develop, manage and track budgeting, allocation and accrual
  • Contract review and management
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely reporting to relevant stakeholders

Job Requirements

MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree holder with 5 years of experience in Project Management and Internal Communications.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in managing project Key Performance Indicators, risk management, and resource forecasting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and communication channels efficiently.
  • Resourceful, independent, responsible, and meticulous.
