Job summary: A mid-level HR manager typically oversees various human resources functions, acting as a bridge between employees and Senior management. 

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic planning & HR Acumen

  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement the HR strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Using data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Capability to work under extreme pressure

Building a competitive organization

  • Implementing processes for evaluating employee performance
  •  Addressing performance issues and implementing corrective actions. 
  • Ability to construct and Lead Teams

Coaching & consulting leadership on HR matters

  • Fostering positive relationships between employees and management.
  • Providing feedback and coaching to employees.
  • Provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies

Company culture and employee experience champion

  • Partner with management and personnel to resolve conflicts and facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale and decrease unwanted turnover

Learning & Development

  • Eager to Learn and grow in a team with an exceptional problem-solving ability

Qualification & Experience Required

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field like Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline
  • This experience can include areas like talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR strategy. 
  • 8 - 12 years of experience (Minimum 3-5 yrss in a HRBP role)

Professional Skill Sets

 

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Able to leverage technology to increase efficiency, drive business results
