We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at PIL Thailand, Bangkok. You will support the Country Head in the execution of HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with regional goals and global standards. This role is ideal for an HR professional looking to develop their skills within a dynamic, global company environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the business leader to lead, drive, and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and people plan for the department(s) supported.
- Lead efforts in talent acquisition, ensuring the hiring of the right people in the right position
- Lead efforts in talent management, development and retention, including a robust talent pipeline for critical roles for the department(s).
- Manage compensation strategies to support the attraction and retention of talent while aligning with regional and global policies. Manage the annual performance and salary review exercise for calibrations at the country level.
- Responsible for local regulation and policies, custodian and ensuring communication to employees also update and improve the policy in timely manner and align with HQ policies
- Responsible for personal records maintenance in HRIS
- Prepare payroll data, review monthly payroll calculation and execute payroll
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labour legislation and group policies.
- Drive / Manage HR aspects of organizational change initiatives within the department(s). Support leaders in managing change effectively.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the company.
- Oversee the management of office facilities, external vendor coordination and general administration.
MUST HAVE:
- Degree/Diploma in HR, Business or related with at least Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR experience
- Proven business partnering experience, guiding and developing people
- Resilient, adaptable, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and work volume
- Strong stakeholders’ management skills with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
