The Digital Knowledge & Learning Specialist supports the execution of the knowledge and change strategy for Project SAiLORS by focusing on the design, management, and delivery of digital content and training assets. This role ensures that knowledge captured throughout the transformation is not only structured and accessible, but also optimized for instructional use across operational teams. Working closely with the Knowledge and Change Management Lead, this position bridges project documentation, user enablement, and training design. It has a dotted-line functional reporting to PIL Academy, ensuring that learning materials are aligned with corporate learning standards, onboarding practices, and competency development goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and curate the digital knowledge base, ensuring content is accurate, searchable, and user-friendly (e.g., FAQs, process maps, decision logs).
- Convert system documentation and business process materials into instructional content (e.g., eLearning modules, slide decks, video tutorials, quick guides).
- Support the development of training curricula in coordination with PIL Academy and business SMEs.
- Design and maintain role-based learning paths and knowledge assets tailored to different user groups.
- Track and manage version control and content lifecycle for training and knowledge materials.
- Assist in maintaining the project’s central knowledge repository, ensuring consistency in taxonomy, formatting, and access control.
- Facilitate feedback loops with end users to improve content clarity and learning effectiveness.
- Support training logistics and training rollouts as needed.
MUST HAVE:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Communications, Information Management, Learning & Development, or related discipline
- 3–6 years of experience in content creation, instructional design, or training documentation within transformation projects or systems implementation
- Familiarity with ERP systems or operations-related platforms is a plus
- Experience working with corporate L&D or functional training teams preferred
