We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Executive to join our Regional Office Team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will support the Trade & Commercial Manager in managing Gulf trade exports and backhaul shipments, freight pricing, and vessel space control.
Key Responsibilities:
Cargo Pricing
- Manage pricing for Gulf (outbound) services via calls and emails.
- Ensure RFAs/PMTs are filed correctly by agencies in line with agreed terms.
- Review customer requests for freetime and other commercial matters.
- Investigate and verify FCAs.
Vessel Space Management
- Monitor and manage space allocation on GCS/GC2/CSG/Intra Gulf feeder vessels to ensure optimal utilization.
- Review agents’ performance on space usage.
- Coordinate with agencies on service changes, new services, and vessel omissions.
- Monitor REEFER container utilization.
Other Tasks & Team Collaboration
- Prepare weekly space utilization reports for GCS/GC2/CSG/Intra Gulf feeder services.
- Generate CFMT reports weekly.
- Create PRD & Ocean/Feeder Links.
- Review and assign freight differences for COD requests.
- Assist with quotations for tender accounts.
- Liaise with DG Desk to confirm Non-DG status of commodities (e.g., cotton).
- Support agents in resolving LMS-related issues.
MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial shipping or trade operations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics systems.

This position is open to candidates who are currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and have the legal right to work, including the ability to transfer their visa sponsorship. Applicants who are not currently in Riyadh but are willing to relocate and work there will also be considered. Candidates who do not meet these criteria will not be considered.
