We’re looking for an enthusiastic Commercial Executive to join our Saudi operations in Dammam. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Commercial Manager to manage Gulf trade exports, backhaul shipments, freight pricing, and vessel space optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Cargo Pricing

Manage pricing for outbound services through calls and emails.
Ensure RFAs/PMTs are accurately filed in line with agreed terms.
Review customer requests for freetime and other commercial considerations.
Investigate and validate FCAs.

Vessel Space Management

Monitor and optimize space allocation on assigned vessels and feeder services to ensure maximum utilization.
Track performance on space usage within the agency.
Coordinate on service changes, new services, and vessel omissions.
Monitor REEFER container utilization.

Collaboration & Reporting

Prepare weekly space utilization reports for designated services.
Generate weekly CFMT reports.
Create PRD and Ocean/Feeder links.
Review and assign freight differences for COD requests.
Assist with quotations for tender accounts.
Liaise with DG Desk to confirm Non-DG status of commodities.
Resolve LMS-related issues within the agency.

MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial shipping or trade operations.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics systems.
