We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual Executive Personal Assistant who will support the Regional Head of PIL South America, a shipping company with presence in LATAM and reporting to Singapore. The EPA will be a trusted partner, managing executive tasks, coordinating international communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across time zones and teams. This is a high-impact role supporting the Head of Region leading regional strategy, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and brings a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Manage CEO’s calendar, travel, and communications.
Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with General Managers across LATAM and other key stakeholders in Singapore HQ
Prepare reports, presentations, and executive briefs in English and Spanish.
Prepare and present data needed for studies and projects.
Act as liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Track strategic initiatives and deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality and anticipate executive needs.

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years in a senior EA or PA role supporting C-level executives.
Fluent wirtten and spoken in English and Spanish. French or Portuguese is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience in international or regional roles; shipping/logistics industry is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Power Point, Word, Excel) and collaboration tools.
