We’re looking for an Account Receivable Executive to join our dynamic finance team in Douala, Cameroon. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing Agency Management System and Line Management System receipts, performing reconciliations, and ensuring the integrity of our financial records
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate management of financial receipts and reconciliation processes while maintaining the reliability and traceability of the company’s financial flows:
- Record receipts from AMS (Agency Management System) and LMS (Line Management System)
- Allocate payments to the correct customer accounts
- Reconcile receipts with bank statements on a daily and weekly basis
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in reconciliation
- Post cash and bank transactions into accounting software
- Verify supporting documents for compliance before posting
- Organize and archive financial documents in line with legal and internal standards
- Apply internal financial control procedure
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the Chief Accountant
MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- A professional finance certification is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, treasury, or collections.
