POTENTIAL EXECUTIVES WITH AGILITY AND KNOWLEDGE (PEAK)

What is it?

PEAK is a 2-year Management Associate programme with three 8-month job immersion with selected business units. Through this programme, young talents are cultivated and groomed to take on future management and leadership roles in the organisation.

UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS

Focusing on human capital in Maritime industry, PIL collaborates with industry partners to nurture budding talent right from the beginning of their tertiary education. Among the many initiatives we participate in industry wide, PIL offers the PIL-MaritimeONE scholarship and is a joint sponsor in the Tripartite Maritime Scholarship Scheme to students pursuing maritime related tertiary education.

Beyond supporting them financially, we offer regular internship opportunities for a taste of practical work application. They can be exposed to meetings with worldwide agents, be involved in discussion with industry partners or even roped in for specialised enhancement projects.

Upon completion of their studies, they join the PIL family to embark on their career in the maritime industry that they are now all too familiar with.

INTERNSHIP
